Our menu concept unites both the vegetarian and the traditional diner, and in doing so we specialize in introducing alternative tasty (m)eats, which include tempeh and seitan. These foods have ancient origins and are an artisan craft in their making; which we do from scratch. Our talent is in artfully exceeding one’s expectations of vegetarian cuisine.
Native Foods Café was founded by vegan chef, Tanya Petrovna, in 1994 in California where she brought into harmony her fun –loving spirit and passion for fresh food, animals and the environment. Today, Native Foods Café has grown to become America’s premier fast-casual vegan restaurant group serving made-from-scratch, chef-crafted cuisine to thousands of food lovers every day. Our menu aims to please the palates of vegans and non-vegans alike, with seasonal updates of hearty dishes, delicious desserts and homemade beverages inspired by the travels of our chefs.
